Membership Refund Policy
All purchases are final sale and refunds are not provided for previous months on the Membership or a la carte purchases regardless of whether the student has logged in to view the content.
There are no refunds given.
There may be occasional glitches with the Heal By Design app or the website may experience downtime. We will always work to resolve these outages as quickly as possible & report any bugs with the app to our software companies. No refunds will be provided with temporary access issues with the app or downtime with the site.
Membership Cancellation Policy
A member who chooses the 12 month payment plan option may cancel their membership within the first 48 hours of enrollment for a $50 early cancellation fee. After the initial 48 hours post enrollment, the cost of cancellation is the remainder of their membership agreement. If a member would like to buy out their membership, their access will be removed upon receipt of payment and no refunds will be permitted for previous payments.
All Pay in Full Pathway Memberships are final sale & there is no cancellation option for these two payment options.

HBD reserves the right to deny cancellation requests based on app or mobile downtime, as content is readily accessible by logging on via desktop web browser.
